10 WEEK TRANSFORMATION – WEEK 10
THE FINAL WEEK – IT’S TIME TO PUSH
For some of you it may seem like just a couple of weeks ago you started on this journey, for some of you it may feel like it’s been six months. But no matter how you feel about it so far, it is now the final week of the 10 Week Transformation.
I want to start this update by congratulating each and every one of you for making it this far, and for putting in all the effort you have to this point. HOWEVER now is not the time to take your foot off the accelerator, but instead it’s time to push that right foot hard to the floor!
This final week is the culmination of everything you have put into practice.
- Every meal counts
Everything that goes into your mouth this week definitely counts towards your final weigh-in and measurements. Be mindful every time you decide to eat or drink something… ask yourself, will this help me to get my best results?
- Every workout counts
This week is all about not missing any workouts. Along with not missing workouts, really push your intensity; you want to be getting the absolute most from each training session you do.
- Enjoy the discomfort
During this week you need to make peace with fact that it might really, really suck. The more it sucks, the better your results will be. You only have to stick it out for 7 more days, how hard can it really be. Enjoy the discomfort.
YOUR GOAL FOR WEEK 10 IS TO STAY HARD, BE STRONG AND BE FRIGGIN AWESOME!
